COL&B is built by community, and volunteers are an essential part of making our work possible. Whether you want to help with events, outreach, education, communications, community resources, safety initiatives, or behind-the-scenes support, there are many ways to get involved. You do not need to hold a leadership position or have years of experience to contribute. If you have time, skills, ideas, or simply a desire to strengthen Columbus’s Leather, kink, and alternative communities, we would love to find a place for you to participate.
