These terms are the rules for using colandb.com, run by Central Ohio Leather & Beyond (“COL&B”, “we”, “us”), a volunteer community project. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The short version

  • Adults only. You must be 18 or older to have an account.
  • Consent is everything. Here and at events.
  • Don’t share other people’s private things. That includes photos, messages, profiles and who someone is, anywhere, without their clear permission.
  • Never post anyone under 18, or any intimate image without consent. We remove it, close the account, and report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
  • You own what you post. You let us show it only to the people you choose.
  • The tools track; they don’t control. Chastity, homework and dynamics tools are records you keep together, and you can always stop.

1. Who can use COL&B

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account and enter the member area. Give your real date of birth. Accounts of anyone under 18 are closed and their information deleted.
  • One account per person. You may use a scene name rather than your legal name, but don’t pretend to be someone else.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else got in.

2. Community rules

These apply on the site, in messages, and to how you use anything you saw here.

  • Consent. Don’t pressure, threaten, coerce or harass anyone. “No”, silence and stopping replying are all a no. Anyone can end a dynamic, a conversation or a lock at any time.
  • Privacy and outing. Don’t reveal or hint at anyone’s legal name, address, workplace, health information or presence in the community without their permission (“outing” or “doxxing”). Don’t screenshot, copy, forward or post elsewhere other members’ photos, profiles or messages without their permission.
  • Intimate images. Only upload intimate images of yourself, or of someone who has clearly agreed to it being here. Never share an intimate image of someone without their consent: here, through a share link, or anywhere else. Reports are handled within 48 hours (see section 7).
  • No minors, ever. No content that shows, sexualises or involves anyone under 18, including drawn or AI-made images. We remove it, close the account and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the police as the law requires.
  • Respect. No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, HIV status, body type or age. Kink-shaming isn’t welcome either.
  • Honesty. Don’t impersonate people or organizations. Event, organization and titleholder listings must be accurate and yours to submit.
  • No illegal activity, no buying or selling sex, drugs or weapons, and no threats of violence.
  • No spam, scams, unsolicited advertising, or mass messages. Don’t scrape the site, collect members’ information, or try to get around privacy settings, blocks or security.

3. Your content

  • You own what you post: your profile, photos, posts, messages, listings and logs.
  • You give COL&B permission to store it, copy it as needed to run the site (for example backups), and show it to the people you chose (for example members, your connections, your keyholder, or the public for event and group listings). That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups until they expire and anything we must keep by law.
  • Only post what you have the right to post. Don’t post photos of other people without their permission.
  • We don’t sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI.

4. Private photos and share links

  • Chastity verification and homework proof photos are private to you and the member you send them to. They’re encrypted, and deleted 90 days after they’re taken.
  • If you make a private share link, anyone who has the link can see that photo until the link stops working, and could screenshot it. You’re responsible for who you give it to. You can turn a link off at any time.
  • If you use end-to-end photos, only your devices (and your keyholder’s) can decrypt them. If you forget your photo passphrase, nobody, including us, can recover those photos.

5. Dynamics, chastity and homework

  • These are tracking tools that members agree to use together. They don’t control any device, and nothing on COL&B can stop you taking a device off.
  • Everything is voluntary. Either person can end a dynamic, turn a tool off, or (for the wearer) use Emergency unlock at any time, for any reason.
  • Your health comes first. Stop and unlock if you have pain, numbness, swelling, skin damage or any other warning sign, and get medical help when needed. Nothing on COL&B is medical advice.
  • Keyholders and the people who set homework must respect limits and safewords, and must never use the tools to pressure, punish beyond what was agreed, or control someone outside what they consented to.

6. Events and listings

  • Most events on the calendar are run by independent organizers, not by COL&B. Organizers are responsible for their events, venues, rules and safety. We check listings but can’t guarantee them.
  • Follow each event’s and venue’s rules, including dress codes and consent policies. You attend at your own risk.
  • Organizers and titleholders who manage pages here must keep them accurate and only list events and photos they have the right to share.

7. Reports, moderation and enforcement

  • Report members, posts and conversations with the tools in the member area.
  • Anyone, member or not, can report an intimate image shared without consent on our Report an intimate image page. We act on valid reports within 48 hours.
  • We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put people at risk, sometimes without warning. Serious cases may be reported to the police.
  • If you think we got a decision wrong, email foxxyforce@gmail.com. Someone other than the person who made it will review it where we can.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your data and account from the Account tab at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. Some information is kept for a while after an account ends, as the Privacy Policy explains, for example reports about a member, for community safety.

9. The site is provided as it is

COL&B is run by volunteers. We work hard to keep the site safe, private and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that it will always work, be error-free or be secure against every attack. To the fullest extent the law allows, COL&B and its volunteers aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, for what other members, organizers or visitors do on or off the site, or for events run by others. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and the United States. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem informally. If you live in a place whose consumer laws give you more rights, these terms don’t take them away.

11. Changes

If we make a significant change to these terms, we’ll post it here with a new “Last updated” date and tell members in the member area before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
